Overview
Living in the city can be very tiring so you should value any sleep that you can get your hands on. But don't get too comfortable though because you don't want to miss your stop!

Problem
It's no surprise that New Yorkers have a the longest commute times in the U.S. and that it is ranked among the top ten worst cities for sleep. The average commute is about 48 minutes to an hour and waking up early like that isn't always a walk in the park, so it's only natural to try and recover the lost sleep on the subway to work.
